It is terribly difficult to focus on a spiderweb. There was almost no wind, but it moved all the time. I used the macro-lens and was up very close and personal. To make it worth putting on my blog, I used a lot on contrast in photoshop and usm too (unsharp mask). I love the colours. If you look closely that is our car there in the backgrounds, you can just make out one of the wheels.
This is how it looked with less contrast and only a little usm.
